We typically dispatch your products within 1-2 business days. In case there is an exception, we would keep you informed.

To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including flat number, building number, street name, locality and nearest landmark. Please also ensure that you provide correct PIN Code and contact number.
Once shipped, we will provide you the name of the Courier company and the Air Way Bill number (AWB No). You will be able to track your shipment using this number.
The courier companies return the products to us if they fail to deliver the order to you after multiple attempts. This typically happens if the address provided is incorrect, house is locked at the time of delivery or shipment is not accepted by you. Once returned, we cancel the order and process the refund as per our Refund Policy.
If you would still like to receive the product, we request you to place the order again.
Almost all pincodes classify as standard. For these picodes, we provide free shipping for orders of Rs. 500 and more. If your order value is less than Rs. 500 then shipping charges of Rs. 50 would be applicable on your order.
For a small selection of remote pincodes, we apply a flat shipping charge of Rs.100 irrespective of order value.
This Policy is applicable to all personal information and sensitive personal data or information that is disclosed by or obtained from any person who visits or uses or accesses the Site ("User").
FSN reserves the right to modify or review the provisions in this Policy without prior notice and the revised Policy will be in effect from the day of uploading. Therefore, Users are requested to periodically visit the Site and review the policy.
"Applicable Law"" means all applicable statutes, acts of Indian legislature, ordinances, rules, bye-laws, regulations, notifications, cirulars, guidelines, policies, directions, directives and orders of any government, statutory authority, regulatory authority, tribunal, board or court in India;
"General Information"" will have the same meaning ascribed to it in clause 2.5 of the Policy.
"Personal Information"" shall mean information disclosed by or obtained from any User and includes name, age, occupation, email, residential address, telephone number, payment processing details and any other personal details capable of identifying such a person.
"Sensitive Personal Information" shall, excluding any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or is furnished under Applicable Laws, mean the following information:
(a) account password,
(b) physical, physiological or mental health condition,
(c) sexual orientation; medical records and history;
(d) financial information such as bank account or credit/debit card details or other payment instruction details
"User" means any Person who visits or uses the Site or avails of the services at the Site.
2. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION THROUGH THE SITE
2.1 A User may be required to reveal Personal Information, including Sensitive Personal Information, while browsing through the Site or for availing services at the Site.
2.2 Prior to furnishing Personal Information to FSN for using the Site, a User must grant consent to FSN for using the Personal Information. The Personal Information will be used only for the purposes set out in Clause 4 of the Policy. If the User does not wish to provide such Personal Information, the User must not proceed with using the Site.
2.3 FSN will collect Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information only for a lawful purpose connected with a function or activity of FSN, for which activity the Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information is reasonably considered necessary.
2.4 FSN will not be responsible for the correctness or completeness of the Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information provided by the User, or any consequences arising in relation to incorrect or incomplete Personal Information or Sensitive Information.
2.5 While browsing through the Site, the Site server may automatically record some general information about User’s visit, such as the date and time visiting the Websites, the IP address being used, the type of browser being used etc. ("General Information"). Such General Information collected is not Personal Information for the purpose of this Policy.
2.6 FSN reserves the right to use General Information collected by it for any purpose whatsoever including statistical analysis, tracking overall traffic patterns and marketing and promotional purposes. Consequently, FSN may share such General Information or any analysis with any third party, at its discretion.
3. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal Information disclosed to FSN by a User will be used by FSN for one or more of the following purposes:
a. to assist FSN in creating content that is relevant to the User,
b. to maintain a database of all the Personal Information collected from the User,
c. to evaluate and administer the Site and resolve any problems that may arise with usage of the Sites.
Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellation before shipment:
If the order or the items that you want to cancel have not been shipped, you can cancel the order online or by speaking with our helpdesk at +91 9222 20 1010. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money paid by you will be refunded to you.
Cancellation post shipment:
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our helpdesk at +91 9222 20 1010 and do not accept the delivery of the order.
Once the order is received back by us, we will refund the money paid by you as per Refund policy included below.

We would treat returns as valid only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our facilities, however, in rare cases, the products might get damaged during shipment. We provide free returns if you have received damaged or incorrect products. We will reimburse the actual shipping cost incurred by you or Rs 100 (whichever is less) for such orders returned by you.
You can also simply return the products if you change your mind after receiving the products and don’t want to keep them. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be borne by you. In addition we will charge Rs 50 per returned order as handling charges.
We will process the refund once the returned items are received and verified by us.
If you had paid through credit card / debit card or net banking, then we refund to same account.
If you had paid through COD, we will issue the cheque in the name and address as specified in billing details.
Discount vouchers are for one time use only and shall be treated as utilized even if you cancel the order.
If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in case you cancel the order.
